Why are the dates so off ?

This is the result I checked in analysis-> Information, and I feel there is no problem with the data
What’s the product file name? It looks like something went wrong parsing the date

Some of the files I downloaded didn’t have this problem, and some worked fine. I don’t know if it was the software or the data.
