when i did the PCA in SNAP,i got many components but i dont kown how to analysis,
which one is the most impotant?and which one is the second important?
i hope someone can help me .

Under the metadata option, you will see ‘Mean vectors’ and ‘Basis vectors’ . Eigenvalues are given there. The components with the highest eigenvalues contain most of the information in the image.
Also look at the components (images) and compare with your bands and see which one has the best fit.
