Phase image not developing

hello guys

i have performed SAR analysis and developed interferogram for 2 images .When i open the final image i am able to view only intensity and coherence and not phase .The image just does not seem to develop.I want to know if the problem is with computer ,program or if anyone else experienced this problem .

i used the following images
S1B_IW_SLC__1SDV_20170131T232022_20170131T232049_004098_00716B_7F92
S1B_IW_SLC__1SDV_20170224T232021_20170224T232048_004448_007BE1_A3B8

and i did not get any error till now.

what happens when you switch to the Pixel Info tab and move your mouse over the opened phase image?

NaN indicates that no values were written.

Can you make a RGB composite of the stack to see if the coregistration worked correctly?
How does your coherence image look like?

the coregistration did not work correctly .
i am now getting a new error saying my module was not installed correctly
Activation failed: Not all requested modules can be enabled: [StandardModule:org.esa.s1tbx.s1tbx.kit jarFile: C:\Program Files\snap\s1tbx\modules\org-esa-s1tbx-s1tbx-kit.jar]

do i need to reinstall the program?

I think this is the best solution. Make sure all parts are removed properly before installing the new version.
