I have been using Windows cmd for for phase unwrapping of whole sentinal slc image its been 2 days till now still its processing.Is there any problem i am attaching screenshot with this discussion.Kindly suggest any other method where it can be done in a shorter span of time.It will be of great help.

have you tried running MST instead of MCF?
How many tiles did you use and how much overlap?
No,i am currently running mcf…i have used two tiles.
try increasing the tiles to 6 rows and 6 columns and set an overlap of 200 pixels
