Problem in Radarsat-1 CEOS geocoding

SNAP doesn’t perform Ellipsoid Correction and Terrain Correction for Radarsat-1 CEOS data (SLC)

Here is the error report:

I’ve checked code and found the reason of exception is that lineTimeInterval == 0 in RangeDopplerGeocodingOp.java

The first_line_time and last_line_time attributes set in SNAP as 01-JAN-2000 00:00:00.000000 that is different from original data time.

I’ve checked for SNAP 6.0 and older version from STEP main site, for Windows and Linux, but the error persists.
I thought that problem with the data, but other SAR software, proprietary Sarscape, performs geocoding with these data.
Can you help solve this problem?
