Problem with Call the processor for Sen2cor 2.1.1

I have a problem installing Sen2Cor2.1.1. I installed newest Anaconda2 and downloaded Sen2Cor 2.1.1 but when I run >L2A_Process --help
install I get the following message:

Any ideas how I can fix this?
