Problem with orbit files for S-1

Today I experience problems with S-1 orbit files working with SNAP.
Yesterday it worked just fine.
Any news on this - site not available or other problem.

Sir, I had same issue with the orbital file, I uninstalled it and then installed snap, after that somewhere in the middle there was a pop msg that ‘’’ allow snap to access internet something like that and when I l allowed it everything was fine. But that pop I didnt get before. Dont know if it helps or not but you can try.

But the problem was in the metadata of the product :frowning:
In the meanwhile I tried other pair to process and it worked fine with the same configuration of SNAP.

12-FEB-2001?? I guess not many orbits were flown then…

it was product problem, i downloaded it again and it worked fine

I found the cause…please go to tool>plugin>check update then install and restart it…then a pop up will aask you to use the internet from snap by windows defender allow it…then it will work fine :slight_smile:
