Hi,
there was a bug in sen2cor that caused that error, but it was fixed in version 2.5.5. Could you try to download the latest version and check if it works properly with your product?
Please, note that since version 2.4.0 there is a standalone version of sen2cor which does not require the installation of Anaconda, you only have to download Sen2Cor and unzip it.
