Problems in importing vector data

When I import a polygon shp file into SNAP after opening a nc file (same CRS). The polygon shp file is consist of five polygon (same CRS), but only two of them was displayed. It is shown as follow:

But the raw shp file is:

When I export other three polygons as independent shp files and import one of them into SNAP, it is shown that “the vector data was loaded successfully but no part was located within the scene boundaries”.

I would appreciate it for any help.

Importing vector

Sometimes the shape files are not well defined, and SNAP is sensitive to those errors. You can try to correct them using QGIS. [image] Select the shapefile layer and go to the menu Processing / Toolbox. Enter in the search field ‘fix’ and select the Entry ‘Fix Geometries’. Afterwards save the layer to a new shapefile. You should also use a recent QGIS version. It seems the correction has been improved lately.
