Problems to visualize RGB o single band Sentinel 2A

I installed SNAP 2.0 Windows 64-bit. SNAP is running but when I try to create RGB image or to open a single band nothing appears in the windows.

Have you seen this ‘Not able to open S2A product’?
Maybe this solves it already

Yes, I do. It is a different problem. Anyway I installed again the SNAP 2.0 Windows 64-bit but I choosed only the SENTINEL 2A package not all the proposed packages . It works! Thanks for your prompt answer.

If you later miss one of the other toolboxes you can go to Tools/Plugins and install them later.
