Product Layers in SNAP

Hello,
I have created two more product variables in land algorithm and they appear well in the respective netcdf file, however, when I open in SNAP they are not shown separately in respective product folders.

The new variables, are Rectified bands RC708 and RC753. These are not shown in folders.
The existing variables are Rectified bands RC681 and RC865. These are shown as separate folders.

Could you please tell me if it is related to configuration of snap or otherwise how is the folder separation of variables take place in SNAP.

Hi,

By folders you mean the groups within the “Bands” Group?

These are defined by the Band Grouping which can be edit when you go to the properties of the product.

This grouping definition will only be kept if you store the products to BEAM-DIMAP or NetCDF4-BEAM. In other formats the information is not stored.
