You are trying to open a level 0 product. This is not supported.
Only from level 1 upwards.
thank you for reply.
my first question was about raw data or level 0.
by the way , thank you.
Dear all,
sorry for the old topic,
however, the availability envisat data in my area of interest is ASA_IM_0P (raw data, level 0)
how to level up to SLC (level 1.1)
Thank you
What kind of page is this?
You can download Envisat ASA SLC products with EOLISA
https://earth.esa.int/web/guest/eoli
Edit: EOLISA was replaced by the online dissemination: https://esar-ds.eo.esa.int/oads/access/
Thank you for your quick response ABraun
the page is:
http://eo-virtual-archive4.esa.int/
I already downloaded and installed eoli-sa, login as EO-SSO account (my name) but still can not download envisat data.
Or I have to submit as fast registration for requesting Level 1 data, (have to wait response for 2 days).
Your help is very appreciated

SNAP does not support L0 (unfocused) SAR data. If people are using some open source SAR processor for focusing we could support reading that data back into SNAP.
yes, you have to await your fast registration approval before you can download from EOLISA.
Dear mengdalh,
sorry to use this old topic but I’m wondering if you have found some open source SAR processor for focusing. I’m working with RAW data and I would like to learn how decoding this type of data.
Thank you in advance.

yes, EOLISA was replaced by the “Online Dissemination” which might be temporarily unavailable but it is the correct site to search and download ENVISAT data.
You can register and create a login in the meantime (if you do not have one yet).
Okay thank you. I understand.
