Reduce resolution of Sentinel-1 data

Hello to all,

I am trying to downgrade Sentinel-1 data to approx. 75 m resolution.
I already applied some filters such as non linear arithmetic mean 7x7 : it seems that it works fine (radiometric resolution is smoothed) but pixel size is still about 10 meters.
Are there any tools to obtain a pixel size about 75 meters ?
