The two dates within the file name for AUX_CAL files, e.g. S1A_AUX_CAL_V20150722T120000_G20151125T104733.SAFE, refer to the start validity date and the generation date. So if your S1A product was acquired after 20150722 at 12 noon, then the S1A_AUX_CAL_V20150722T120000_G20151125T104733.SAFE file is applicable to your product. This is also the most recent S1A AUX_CAL file. The generation date is just the date when the file was created.
