Hello! I have the next workflow for Sentinel-1A IW GRD: Calibration - RD Terrain Correction - Despeckling. Could I use images which were processing so in the problem of accounting moisture influence on agriculture crops ? I need correct time-series SAR images for crops recognition procedure.
You may want to despeckle before terrain correction. There are several papers on using GRD for soil moisture. Look for papers by Wagner or others at TU Vienna. You should mask out areas which are not bare soil. There are also some tutorials at https://saredu.dlr.de/
