Histograms computed by SNAP show large peaks at periodic values.
This is true in the histogram displayed for colour adjustment (but there is warning saying “rough statistics” so why not) but more annoying it is also true in the histogram tool.
When I increase the number of bins, the spikes disappear and the histogram looks OK.
It looks like there is a mistake in the way the binning is handled.
