Hi,
I have an ESRI Point Shape File containing sampling plot locations as points. Is there any way in SNAP I can retrieve pixel values from underlying image /band at those points and export them as csv or ASCII?
Normally after processing the image I export it to GEO-TIFF and load inside QGIS and sample the pixel values using the zonal statistics tool. I hope there’s a way.
When you have imported the points you can enable the mask which is automatically created for the shape.
In the view you can open the context menu and select export mask pixels.
