Can I get the link to download EUMETSAT products. I’m not able to open EUMETSAT product in SNAP. iget the popup shown below!!!..

It takes longer time to display the spectrum of the points which I marked. It shows collecting information… For long time. Even for computing statistics takes much time.Why is this happening?
