Sen2cor atmosphere correction bugs

I used sen2cor to produce L2A atmosphere corrected image from tiles: T33JWM in the directory of 
S2A_OPER_PRD_MSIL1C_PDMC_20160413T123216_R064_V20160412T085954_20160412T085954.SAFE/GRANULE/S2A_OPER_MSI_L1C_TL_MPS__20160412T123305_A004208_T33JWM_N02.01

I found that sen2cor brought some spotted dots on the image compared to L1C as show in the attachment.

Could anyone know where this spotted dots come from or see the familiar things?
