Sen2Cor installation error like this

Who knows how to solve this problem?I want to process images with Sen2cor.
“UnicodeDecodeError: ‘ascii’ codec can’t decode byte 0xd4 in position 9: ordinal not in range(128)”,Thanks very much

this usually happens when you change the name of the folder: But that doesn’t seem to be the case, as indicated by your screenshot.

Thanks, When I deal with the MSIL1C , it is suceed, but OPER_PRD_MSIL1C is failed. I do not understand .This is surprising

Do you understand? like this

yes, the path is somehow longer. This is related to the change in naming convention: https://sentinels.copernicus.eu/web/sentinel/user-guides/sentinel-2-msi/naming-convention
Does it work if you just delete the OPER_PRD_ part from the path?

I haven’t tried,I wonder if this is a version problem.Esa changed the naming rules of the data and would not change the requirements for the software. Anyhow, thanks very much
