Does it occur with any S2 product or just this one?
Have you applied any pre-processing to the image or maybe renamed the folder where it is located?
Hey, I don’t know if that’s the exact same problem as I had, but when I first performed Sen2cor atmospheric correction an error message showed up and after this I renamed the folder where the S2 product is located (i.e. C:\ )(the longer the name, the greater the possibility of an error). After renaming it, the error stopped occurring.
