sen2cor to subset

I ran sen2cor for a whole scene, the results was very good.
however, I cannot run to a subset scene.
the routine sen2cor only runs for the entire scene ?

Dear Edgar,

Please be informed that Sen2Cor only runs using as input the original S2 L1C products, it means that Sen2Cor does not work with a subset.
