Sen2cor2.5.5 at command line

I am running sen2cor version 2.5.5 at the command line in a Linux environment. I have it running on the following scene: S2A_MSIL1C_20160927T000212_N0204_R030_T56KLV_20160927T000213.SAFE for all resolutions.
It seems to run fine until it spits out an error (listed below) about the metadata. It never completes the 10m atmospheric correction.

Any ideas what the problem could be?
Thanks in advance,
Dave
