Hi,

Is it possible to apply the SWAM tool on WV2-3 imagery? I have already modified the sensor’s xml file according to the WV radiance responses and it seems that it runs properly. Are there any other modifications that I should consider for using SWAM with worldview data?

I want to use SWAM for a shallow saline lake. I am new to this model. Can you help me on how you prepared xml file? what are the data required?

Hi,

You need to have the relative radiance response of each band of your sensor in order to make the xml file. You should check online or with your satellite data provider about this. In addition you need to have a good value for the average chlorophyll concentration (mg/L) in this lake and what is the dissolved organic matter concentration as well.
