sentinel 1- exception message with apply orbit file

Hello
I am using the SNAP toolbox for sentinel1.
Unfortunately, this week I get the message that follows: ΄΄a org.esa.snap.core.gpf.OperatorException΄΄ has occured,
both at work and at home where I work with my personal laptop
Is, perhaps, a server down?
I had no such problem last week
