Sentinel-2A data unavailability on DataHub (R050, 15-06-2017)

Hi everyone,

I noticed that some S2a tiles for path R050 (e.g. 35UQQ) are still missing from the DataHub. Given the fact that L1C products are made available online between 2 and 12 hours from sensing, I am wondering why this data has not uploaded yet.

Temporary unavailability of Sentinel-2A products between 10-12 June 2017
12 June 2017

As a consequence of a Sentinel-2 PDGS anomaly, Sentinel-2A products publication in the data hubs was temporarily interrupted from 10 to 12 June 2017 (from sensing orbit 10267 to 10296).

The recovery is ongoing and is expected to be completed in the coming days, a corresponding news update will be published accordingly.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

I haven’t been able top access the DHUS to check the state of the recovery, but I presume that a lack of news update means the issue is still having an impact on nominal operations.
