Sigma naught from topographic correction

After performing terrain flattening and topographic correction of the GRD product in Step latest version, I obained only gamma naught. Can not I get sigma naught?

I also have this question. It’s possible to calculate sigma0 from gamma0, but I am running into a problem:

Were you ever successful in getting sigma0?

@polar, not yet!
I’m thinking to use gamma0 after terrain flattening and terrain correction.
I thought that terrain flattening procedure gives gamma0 only.

@ChengTan – TF does only give gamma0, but gamma0 is convertible to sigma0 (e.g., see slide 39: www.nrsc.gov.in/isprs/pdf/4.%20SAR_Backscatter-Extraction_new.pdf) and I have done this now successfully in the link in my previous reply.

However, I am not very experienced with this, so I can’t say this conversion is appropriate.
