I have done some subsidence analysis of a region undergone some landslide event & found these results. Not sure how these positive displacements show subsidence ?

regardless of the unit, I think the coherence is too low in the area to trust any of these values. The unwrapped phase is basically just a ramp from top to bottom, highly suspicious and indicating that the unwrapping produced something unrealistic.
Do you have access to data with a shorter temporal baseline?
