Slant range time is missed after Range-Doppler Terrian Correction

I want to use slant_range_time to calculate the slant range, but when I make SAR img Range-Doppler Terrian Correction, the output bands like this, and no slant range time selection:

So, there is any way to get slant_range_time or slant range after RD?

Before RD, the pixel info is:

I think the slant range time calculated by interpolation method, so there is no exactly value in one pixel after RD, the slant range could be calculated before RD.
