What is the its relation with slant range distance?
The slant_range_time in the Tie-Point Grid is the round trip time that a radar pulse travels from sensor to target and back to sensor. The time is given in the unit of nano second. Its relation with the slant range distance is given by the following equation:
slant_range_distance = 0.5 * slant_range_time * light_speed
