SLSTR data products - brightness temperatures

Hello everybody,
I am new with S3tbx so I was looking for some help. After downloaded SL_1_RBT data, and opened the manifest file with Snap, I would like to export the brightness temperatures on Matlab. Is this possible? Is it possible to apply a fire mask in order to cut the cloud and water pixels out?

You can do an export to NetCDF or GeoTiff for example and open this in Matlab.
You can perform a subset in order to select only certain bands or a region in the output.
In the SL_1_RBT are already some cloud flags available. You can import a land/water mask into your product to distinguish land from water.
