Apparently, the method of unzipping was the problem in addition to the data downloaded from GLOVIS and Earth Explorer. now I am using data from Copernicus hub and dropping the whole zipped file into SNAP.

Some issues with winrar have already been reported previously. With 7-zip you shouldn’t have problems.

Hi, I am using Sen2Cor255 on Snap7. After running Sen2Cor, opening the output files gives the following error : "Unable to get metadata from JP2 images associated to product [MTD_MSIL2A.xml]. I tried to change the file name or the directory, with no results.
