I would like to know if is possible to automatically call to load CORNIE Land Cover Data sets directly from SNAP software and if yes how I could do such process ?

there are some auto-download landcover datasets available from within SNAP, but CORINE is currrently not included:
- AAFC Canada Crop Inventory (several years)
- CLC2000
- ESA CCI
- GlobCover
- JAXA Forest Map
- MODIS Tree Cover
But, once downloaded, you can still import CORINE land cover data into SNAP and combine it with other dataset (using the Collocation tool).

So, I need to download the CORNIE data from the site and import it into SNAP as GeoTIFF right? Would like to ask what do you refer with colocation tool to combine with other datasets?
the collocation tool brings separate rasters of two products into one product (stack). This allows you to exploit the information of both combined. Please have a look at this tutorial (slightly different approach, but many relevant things, e.g. identical coordinate reference system, are mentioned here.
