SNAP error (calibration)

Hi,

I’m try to calibrate a Sentinel-1 data image, but this is the error message I get:

That’s strange. Is the data all there or partially corrupt? Try another operation first like just writing it to dimap. If that is successful, then try to calibrate it.

I downloaded GRD product, in stead of SLC product. It’s working now.
