Hello, I’ve recently encountered an issue where during the SNAPHU phase unwrapping procedure, it is no longer generating a header file (.hdr) for the unwrapped phase image. Everything else seems to be running correctly and it completes the unwrapped phase image. Has anyone run into this issue or no of a work around? I’m using snaphu v.1.4.2 for win64. Thank you
the hdr file is actually created during the snapu export from SNAP. The img file is then created by running snaphu. Can you please check?
Hello, you are absolutely right, I think when I installed my SNAP plugins I configured my directories in a weird way where the HDR file wasn’t appearing in the directory I thought it should appear in. Everything is working correctly now so thank you.
