I am performing snaphu unwrapping however the dialogue box says its complete but still stuck at 100 and if I cancel it the unwrapped file doesn’t appear in the directory I gave

After snaphu export, I recommend you use the snaphu command by yourself instead of using snaphu-unwrapping.
The snaphu export operation generates the snaphu command in a file in the folder. You can just copy and paster it in the cmd.

Ok but is there any reason the plugin isn’t working ? I know the command line method but just found out about the plugin
Just based on my experience, the plugin has some bugs. Sometimes it won`t work, do not know why. So command line is recommended
How can I use the command line to perform phase unwrapping ?
