StaMPS more than one point in a single resolution cell

Hi,
I have a time series calculated with SNAP2STAMPS + StaMPS. Some points are relatively close to each other; in some cases, the distance is about 4 meters. However, I am aware that the Sentinel-1 cell resolution is 5x20 meters. It appears that there might be multiple PS (Persistent Scatterer) points within a single cell. Is this a plausible scenario?

Hi, I think it’s due to the pixel size about 2.3*14.1 meters, not the image resolution.
