After I create my subset from the image, I cannot process PCA on the subset image. “The specified region, if not null, must intersect with the image’s bounds.”

Your screenshot indicates that the subset is done on-the-fly (shown by “not saved” in the title bar). Can you please store the subset as BEAM DIMAP first before you apply PCA?

a similar error occurs for classification of S2 products where the solution was to reproject the data from UTM to WGS84. Although this is not a sustainable solution, it could be worth a try so you can continue.
