Troubles split -> Debrust -> Merge for S1 IW products

Dear alls,

Merging all subswath from S1A_IW_SLC__1SDV_20150307T191645_20150307T191715_004930_006285_BB88 product failed with s1tbx-1.1.1 !?

Procedure:

  1. Splits all swath with “S1 TOPSAR Split operator” --> OK
  2. Debrust all swath with “S1 debrust operator”–> OK
  3. Merge swath -with “TOPSAR Merger” --> red message “TOPSAR-Merge: -1”

Did I miss sometthing ?

The TOPSAR split and merge operators are only currently needed for InSAR.
If you want to deburst all swaths you can just use Deburst which will also merge subswaths.

IW1 and IW2 interferogram processed for VV polarizaion.

  • Master product : S1A_IW_SLC__1SDV_20150729T191744_20150729T191812_007030_0098D1_CEC4
  • Slave product : S1A_IW_SLC__1SDV_20150307T191738_20150307T191806_004930_006285_E9F4 pair:

Graph pipline : TOPSAR-split -> Apply-orbit-File -> back-Geocoding -> interferogram -> TOPSAR-Debrust

Merging IW1 and IW2 interfograms failed with following message : “TOPSAR-Merge: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException”

What do I miss ? Any clues ?
