Hello,
I’d like to ask you if anybody here has ever been using ESA products (especially Land Cover Maps) for purpose of HEC-HMS modeling? How can I prepare any data sets? HEC-HMS requires input data with *.dss extension. Maybe anybody know how can I proces those files in QGIS (or any other similiar programme). I’m not working on any particular project, I’m just a student and I need to find out if can I use those data for modeling. Maybe anybody here know any other free spatial data base which can be useful for HEC-HMS? Apologise for possible mistakes, I’m not native english speaker
