Which type of corrections are needed to compare surface reflectance values?

Hi all,

I want to compare Sentinel-2 L2A surface reflectance data to those of PlanetScope levl 3B surface reflectance, which are acquired on a different date. Which type of corrections should I consider to properly compare the surface reflectance of both images?

Thanks

Looking at this page (PlanetScope Full Archive - Earth Online (esa.int)) it seems that PlanetScope data is not surface reflectance but Top of Atmosphere Radiance. So these need to be atmospherically corrected first.
But I don’t know which tool can be used to do it.
