Why does the image size increase dramatically after pre-processing?

Hi,
I’m doing the Sentinel-1 pre-processing.
Why does the image size increase dramatically after pre-processing?
The original image is199MB,but the exported tif is 1.52G.

After calibration the data type becomes float for Sigma0 rather than the scaled down unsigned int of the original DN values.
