Why I can't coregistrate two images that come from different sub-swaths?

Hello everyone!

I am trying to compute the deformation between two SLC, IW images. They differ some months in time, that’s why (I think) images of a specific place have big different orbits, the problem of this is, when I try to coregistrate both images, my region of interest is in different sub-swaths between the images, so I get an error message that says that this procedure can’t be done.
Is an alternative procedure that I could use?

Thanks for your time.
Best regards,
Eduardo Ramos.

You should be using products from the same track.

In the place I’m studying its deformation, from the 30th June of 2015 there is a change of track, so, I can’t make comparisons between images that are before and after that date?
