Why Polarimetric tool is not available in SNAP 7 or SNAP 8 toolbox?

I have installed SNAP 8 as well as I reinstalled the older version of SNAP 7 also, but the polarimetric tool is not available in the radar section. The snapshot of the software is attached here.

Any idea?

Please uninstall, clear the registries and caches of SNAP. This can be done while installation. Download fresh copy of SNAP
