DInSAR result scale

Have a look at my tutorial

Thanks a lot

Thank you for your help, I installed the Crgwin64 and SNAPHU successfully. I put the directory of the “C:\cygwin64\bin” to the path of the “Environment Variables”, when I wanted to work with “SNAPHU” it is open and close immediately !

thank you in advance

you run snaphu by opening a new command line window in the respective folder. What happens when you just type snaphu?

I can not write any command line because the sanphu open and immediately close. It looks like flash.
If you have time , can you check that using Team viewer.

open your command window as described here (not by clicking on executables)

and type snaphu.

Thanks a lot, I will check that and contact you ASAP.

Dear ABraun,
I run the command prompt, and I run the snaphu.exe but I could not find the “snaphu.conf.” file

normally, when you just enter snaphu, the help message should occur:

So you basically open your command shell in the folder where you exported the SAR data with the SNAPHU export module in SNAP. A file snaphu.conf is created in this step.

As you see, the UnwPhase_ifg… file is only available as a header file, the corresponding raster will be written when running snaphu.
This directory is where you run snaphu as suggested in the file, e.g.

I did that, I open the snaphu.exe, but the snaphu.con did not appear.

Did you run Radar > Interferometric > Unwrapping > SNAPHU export already?
snaphu.conf is created in this step.

Choose an output folder different than where your other data is stored (e.g. \export) so you don’t mix them up

No, I did not, but which file should I export
I have the following files

  1. S1A_IW_SLC__1SDV_20150414T030925_20150414T030952_005474_006FD6_7F63_Orb_Stack

Try the multi-looked one first because it is smaller. If everything works, you can use the other as well.
After Terrain Correction, interferometric information is lost so you apply that at the very end to your DInSAR result.

I’d recommend to read some of the basics so you understand what you need to apply and in which context:

Thank you a lot, I can not select target folder, I do not why, I select the folder, which the data on it put it is open and did not selected. Moreover, what is the statistical-cost mod? and what is the initial method?
I will read the files you provide me, and I will contact you again.

this is a bug - just copy the path into the mask, this will work

about the parameters - please have a look at the SNAPHU manual:
https://web.stanford.edu/group/radar/softwareandlinks/sw/snaphu/snaphu_man1.html

For DInSAR you choose DEFO instead of TOPO, for example.

I got this error

because you selected the Terrain Corrected data set. I explained above why this makes no sense, so please have a look at DInSAR work flows instead of randomly clicking buttons.

It is explained until the filtering here:

The next step is the SNAPHU export.

Thank you for your efforts

Sorry if this sounded harsh, we like to help. Especially for beginners SAR can be tricky, but it requires a bit of background knowledge before application.
