Full Resolution vs Reduced Resolution

Hallo there
Not sure if this is the right place where to ask this question… my apologies if it isn’t!
Anyway the question is: I see olci data are available in FR and RR starting from L1, but how are the RR data computed?
Is that just an average? Is the average operation weighted somehow? Is there any flagging applied before averaging?
