The second indicates that the script has not yet finished. There should be a message like “completed”
You copied snaphu.exe into the unwapping folder, accordingly the script should run from there. I don’t know why your system doesn’t find it. Type “dir” to list all data in the current folder. If snaphu.exe is listed (also snaphu.conf and the other rasters) it should work.
