Resampling variables from dual pol image decomposition

Hi all,

I am trying to do H-Alpha dual Pol Decomposition. I did the following procedure:
Apply Orbit/ Calibration/ Deburst. The image is really narrow since I did not the Split and I have the image with everything (I,q of IW1, IW2, IW3). I would like to use this variables (H and Alpha) from the decomposition in my model, so I need to resample and do terrain correction. Someone one could help me with a sequence of procedures?

Many thanks in advance

Cheers

Polyanna

if you use SLC data you can apply it in this order

  1. Apply orbit file
  2. Calibrate (complex output)
  3. TOPSAR Deburst
  4. Polarimetric Decomposition > H-Alpha Dual Pol Decompositon
  5. Range Doppler Terrain Correction

Dear colleagues, in order to get “smoother” results, add 3 steps before the decomposition:

  1. Apply orbit file
  2. Calibrate (complex output)
  3. TOPSAR Deburst
  4. Generate C2 matrix
  5. Multilook on C2 (4:1 for Sentinel IW)
  6. Polarimetric Speckle filter (eg. IDAN - 1 look - size 20 )
  7. Polarimetric Decomposition > H-Alpha Dual Pol Decompositon
  8. Range Doppler Terrain Correction
