I have just downloaded SNAP 3.0 version. Whenever I try to open Sentinel 1 GRD IW zip files in open product option of SNAP, it gives me an error “appropriate reader not found”.
How can i overcome this problem?
I’m not sure, maybe zip-files are only supported in the next version.
If you unpack the zip file it should work.
However, the next version is currently rolling out.
But I am sure that previous versions opened the S1 products in zip mode also.
Now it gives me error: A java.lang.NullPointerException exception has occurred.
Click Show Details or see the messages.log file located in your drive.
Maybe you haven’t installed all module updates after installing SNAP 3.0?
