TOPS "Create Subset"

Hello all!

At first thank you for your initiative to this forum.

I’m using s1tbx and I’m working on TOPS Interferometry.

I would like to ask, if we want to process a subset of a pair of TOPS scenes, at which point should we apply the “Create subset” command to the images? Should I firstly split the entire TOPS scene and apply orbits and then create a subset? I tried this option, but afterwards, when I chose Deburst, I got the error message “If not null, must intersect with image bounds”.

So, at which point should I apply “Create subsets” and when should I deburst the scenes?

You should not create subsets of burst data. Use the TOPS split to select your desired subswath and then apply orbit correction, TOPS coregistration, interferogram and TOPS Deburst.
After the deburst you may apply subset if you want.
